Tony and Dotti pre-purchased their fountain before this shipment arrived in order to enjoy “the pick of the litter”. The day after their new custom fountain was installed we received these kind words from Dotti via email: “Thanks so much to you and Johnny. The final presentation is beyond my expectations! I was looking down at it from the sunroom window last night at dusk. With the lighting and just the way the two larger columns were set, it looked like a couple in an intimate embrace – the shorter one leaning into the taller one for strength and support. My husband thought I was nuts! What can I say?” Dotti is our new favorite customer! We have made countless observations such as this while designing, so we get it, Dotti! During the design process and through the installation we try to imagine the ultimate impact of our work on our customers. “How will they feel the moment the anticipation is over and they finally get to experience this as their own?” We are seldom there at that moment and don’t always get to hear what Dotti described, and it made us feel real good.
